- I know this is a hell of a time to come out of retirement but I want
- all involved parties to know about this.

- As some of you know I used to be employed at CA as their
- representative on CIS. While I was working at CA there were 3
- seperate occasions where clients would see these debates and decide to
- either move away from Clipper or not purchase it at all.
- Considerating that only a small percentage of Clipper's user base
- ever calls tech support, there were probably others who left, or
- decided not to purchase Clipper your products because of your
- bickering in this public forua.

- I know John S. claims his sales go up when this happens, but if it
- erodes Clippers user base (which is eroding enough on its own) it
- erodes your sales. It also makes all of us look unprofessional
- because we take no action to stop it.
